Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
